Hey, babes! I have been feeling so good about myself lately and have been trying to muster up as much self-love as possible. Aside from my exterior and what I wear on a day-to-day basis, I also think it is important to be healthy. I can say for a good 6 months now, I have been on a pretty consistent exercise “routine”. Now, I am definitely not a trained professional of any sort. In fact, this is exactly the opposite. I have attempted to go the gym, but honestly whenever I go in I feel intimidated by all of the daily gym-goers and I don’t feel comfortable at all working out. Maybe if I went with someone who could train me, but that is not happening any time soon, haha!

Today’s post is all about how I work out at home. Obviously everyone’s body is different, but I found that this is what is effective for me. I try and workout for about half an hour every night. I realize this isn’t a lot of time for some people, but for my lifestyle I like workouts that are straight to the point. So what do I use? Youtube videos! I found that these instructional videos are the best for me because you can do them in the privacy of your own home and they are free! I typically choose routines that target my butt and abs and sprinkle some cardio in between. I thought I would layout all my routines for the week. *Note you should stretch before beginning

Sunday (Abs):

Monday (Butt):
Tuesday (Cardio): 
Wednesday (Abs): 
Thursday (Butt): 
Friday (Rest Day)

Saturday (Abs & Cardio):
Some glute days during the week, I swap out all videos for some floor work with my 10 lb. ankle weights for about 20 minutes. I don’t follow this exactly every week and sometimes I try a new video here and there, but this is the basic premise and I have done all of the above workouts numerous times now and each one has me feeling amazing at the end!
Obviously with wanting to look good, you also have to eat good. This I have been trying to get better at, but I am a bit more lax. However, I do try my best to eat healthy and avoid snacking! I hope some this helps you get a bit more motivated. Working out and getting fit is definitely possible even if you are not a gym person like I am.
